Description

  • Lead the end-to-end design of compensation plans for sellers across all GTM channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Revenue Operations to align plan designs and quotas.
  • Manage governance plan policies, including true-ups, exceptions, and sales contract terms and conditions.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to senior GTM and Sales Finance leaders.
  • Translate complex compensation data into actionable business insights.
  • Craft and execute strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Support seamless plan rollouts and scalable analytics processes across internal systems.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on leadership experience in global sales incentive design within the tech/SaaS industry.
  • Top-tier analytical skills with expert-level modeling ability.
  • Experience managing large-scale data infrastructure.
  • Bonus points for fluency in internal systems for seamless rollouts and scalable analytics infrastructure.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • A problem-solving mindset and readiness to deliver results.
  • Experience level is described as extensive leadership experience rather than a specific number of years.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $177,100 to $245,000 USD.
  • Additional compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
