Description

  • Run the operational backbone, including HR, onboarding and offboarding, provider and vendor relationships, contracts and legal coordination, debtor payments, and SaaS and internal tooling.
  • Ensure contracts are signed, partners deliver, and core operational processes run reliably end to end.
  • Rebuild operational workflows using AI agents and modern automation so the function runs on systems rather than manual effort.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the existing Business Operations Associate, including prioritizing work toward the highest-leverage bottlenecks.
  • Build new AI-native internal services and operational capabilities for Operations and other teams by identifying opportunities, prototyping quickly, and scaling what works.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Accounting & Controlling Manager to share AI tooling, automation patterns, and lessons learned while keeping each function within its own scope.
  • Train teams on Claude skills, prompts, and workflows to drive AI adoption across the business.
  • Document effective workflows and retire processes that no longer add value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in operations, business operations, chief-of-staff, or similar generalist roles in a SaaS or scale-up environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how a company runs across people, vendors, contracts, cash, and customers.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents with Anthropic Claude or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and modern automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Notion.
  • Comfort with data and basic scripting to build and debug automations end to end; Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus but not required.
  • SQL competence; BigQuery experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience integrating with SaaS APIs such as HubSpot, Notion, Slack, or billing systems.
  • Experience spanning HR, legal, providers, and finance operations, or a strong appetite to own all of them.
  • Full professional English; French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
  • SaaS or scale-up experience is a plus, and finance or operations domain exposure is also a plus.
