Description

  • Own and evolve the long-term product vision for data management and AI capabilities across Energage’s platform.
  • Identify new product opportunities that use data, analytics, and AI to create customer and business impact.
  • Lead end-to-end discovery for complex, zero-to-one initiatives and turn research into clear problem statements.
  • Partner with Data Science, UX, and Engineering to design experiments, prototypes, and validation plans.
  • Define customer-facing AI and predictive experiences, including ML-powered features and user experience translation.
  • Work with Data Science on model inputs, outputs, evaluation metrics, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Take full ownership of initiatives from idea through post-launch optimization and business impact tracking.
  • Lead large cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Set success metrics and ensure solutions meet standards for quality, performance, accessibility, security, and resilience.
  • Mentor other Product Managers and influence product practices across teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, high-impact products.
  • Deep experience building analytics-heavy products, insights products, or data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience working with machine learning models in production environments.
  • Proven partnership with Data Science on model development, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Experience delivering both customer-facing tools and enabling platform capabilities.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Experience in HR or people data is preferred.
  • Strong discovery and delivery skills at scale are a plus.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces is preferred.
  • Track record of high-quality execution and iteration is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $160,000 to $175,000 annually based on relevant experience.
  • Bonus eligibility.
