Description

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and senior leaders across the globe.
  • Translate business objectives into people strategies covering workforce planning, org design, succession, and team effectiveness.
  • Advise and coach managers and directors on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational health.
  • Use workforce data and analytics to identify trends and support informed people decisions.
  • Partner with leaders on performance management cycles, including goal-setting, calibration, feedback, and development planning.
  • Identify capability gaps and build development plans with managers.
  • Support workforce planning and headcount modeling with Finance and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring, including role scoping, leveling, and hiring manager preparation.
  • Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and legal awareness.
  • Support rollout of people programs, HRIS implementation, compensation reviews, and policy compliance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a true HRBP or strategic HR advisor role.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth, technology, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong command of US employment law and multi-state compliance, with experience supporting remote workforce models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations matters independently with appropriate escalation judgment.
  • Comfort using people data and analytics to influence decisions and tell a story.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ATS tools, with Lever as a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefing and difficult conversations.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CHRP preferred.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics industries is a plus.
