Description

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers while fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch using AI-based frameworks.
  • Advance the QA strategy toward Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive UI and API test suites for web and desktop applications.
  • Perform complex data validation and backend testing using PostgreSQL and other SQL databases.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and then into testing requirements.
  • Share technical expertise and guidance with the broader QA team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of combined experience in QA team management and hands-on automation testing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a release quality or equivalent role focused on automating release validation processes.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools.
  • Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher for effective team collaboration.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments is preferred.
  • Experience automating Windows desktop applications using AI or similar advanced methods is a strong plus.
  • Experience with automated visual testing is preferred.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level release management is preferred.
  • Experience testing cybersecurity products is preferred.
