Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers as the primary post-sale contact.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
  • Drive product utilization by aligning solution capabilities with customer goals and delivering training and enablement.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews that demonstrate customer ROI.
  • Own renewals by monitoring customer health metrics, mitigating risks, and supporting retention.
  • Act as an internal customer advocate with Product, Support, Sales, and Account Management teams.
  • Collaborate to resolve customer issues and influence product roadmaps.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Account Managers to expand accounts.
  • Multi-thread relationships across customer organizations to strengthen engagement and account coverage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Success with a proven track record in adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks, lifecycle management, and subscription renewal processes.
  • Experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, or similar customer success platforms.
  • Experience working with customer health metrics.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate high-stakes conversations across stakeholder levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Willingness to dive deep into technical product details.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
  • Korean language skills are a plus.
