Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers as the primary post-sale contact.
  • Manage onboarding for new customers, including implementation timelines, training, and adoption planning.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization by aligning solution capabilities with customer business objectives.
  • Advocate for customers internally by working with Product, Support, Sales, and Account Management teams.
  • Own the renewal process by identifying risks, managing renewal conversations, and protecting retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Account Managers to close expansions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and take action on risks or areas for improvement.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews to share usage insights, demonstrate ROI, and align on future goals.
  • Deliver customer training sessions and create enablement resources to support ongoing success.
  • Build relationships across customer organizations to broaden engagement and increase adoption.

Requirements

  • Professional-level fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management.
  • Proven success driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Experience with ChurnZero or similar Customer Success software.
  • Experience managing subscription renewals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to build and manage high-level customer relationships.
  • Comfort with technical product details and high-stakes stakeholder conversations.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
  • Good spoken and written English.
