Description

Architect and build a scalable Agentic AI framework for revenue cycle management workflows.
Design autonomous agents for denial management, contract analysis, eligibility verification, and other complex RCM tasks.
Establish orchestration patterns that enable agent collaboration across multiple RCM business functions.
Implement guardrails and validation mechanisms for AI-driven decisions in financial contexts.
Build reusable platform components that speed up development of new RCM agent use cases.
Create tools for training and fine-tuning AI models on healthcare financial data.
Lead distributed engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract AI capabilities into concrete RCM solutions.

Requirements

7-10 years of full stack development experience.
2 years of experience developing Agentic AI solutions.
Proven track record building production AI systems that handle financial transactions.
Deep expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks and agent architectures.
Experience applying AI to structured financial workflows with explicit business rules.
Experience with agent frameworks such as AutoGPT and LangChain.
Advanced knowledge of LLM orchestration and RAG implementations.
Strong software architecture skills with a focus on scalability and modularity.
Experience leading distributed development teams, including mixed onshore/offshore teams.
Understanding of healthcare data security requirements.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience integrating systems with healthcare financial platforms.
