Description

  • Design and integrate AI security tooling at the application level with the IT and Development teams.
  • Enhance the security of the in-house Enforcer application using AI technologies.
  • Establish a secure AI development lifecycle in partnership with development teams.
  • Evaluate, select, and securely configure AI and machine learning tools, libraries, and platforms.
  • Serve as the organization’s central point of contact for vetting secure AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an approved portfolio of AI tools and services aligned to security standards.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies, threats, and regulatory requirements and provide strategic updates to leadership.
  • Manage and optimize the TPRM platform and lead the AI vendor assessment process.
  • Support broader information security operations, including incident response, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews.
  • Document security procedures, advise senior management on risks, and help train staff on security directives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in a senior information security role.
  • Experience working in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Deep understanding of LLM security risks and controls, including prompt injection, data poisoning, and model theft.
  • Experience in a dynamic business environment, especially one undergoing significant technological transformation.
  • Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
  • Experience managing servers, particularly in virtualized environments.
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HITRUST.
  • Strong project management, technical troubleshooting, writing, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and work effectively under pressure.
