Description

  • Conduct site audits and field visits to assess compliance, operational performance, and brand standards.
  • Coach franchisees on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth.
  • Facilitate Level 10 EOS meetings to review KPIs, priorities, issues, and solutions.
  • Review financial statements, budgets, pricing, margins, overhead, and cost-optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and implement standardized KPIs, SOPs, process improvements, and data-driven action plans.
  • Support local marketing plans, sales processes, lead conversion, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Create training materials and deliver group and individual training for employees and franchisees.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, and Compliance teams on special initiatives.
  • Prepare reports with findings, KPI performance, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain proactive communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Analytical ability to evaluate performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain composed under pressure.
  • Position is based in Richmond, Virginia, preferred, or remotely within the United States.

Benefits

  • Estimated annual compensation of $90,000–$110,000.
