Description

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from diagnosis and mobilisation through sustained delivery.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps covering the case for change, target operating model, sequencing, accountabilities, investment, risks and benefits.
  • Establish programme governance and delivery rhythms to support timely decisions and accountability.
  • Engage stakeholders and develop communications and adoption strategies across client organisations.
  • Translate technical and operational issues into commercial implications for growth, customer outcomes, margins, resilience and investment risk.
  • Support post-deal value creation while maintaining portfolio-company business continuity.
  • Collaborate with investment teams, boards, executives and cross-functional colleagues across commercial, operational, financial and technical workstreams.
  • Build client relationships, contribute to proposition development and mentor colleagues in transformation and change management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading transformation, change management, operating-model improvement, technology-enabled transformation or complex programme delivery.
  • Track record leading large-scale, cross-functional change programmes with senior sponsors and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with transformation roadmaps, programme governance, organisation and process change, capability building and benefits realisation.
  • Ability to communicate evidence-based transformation cases and define measurable progress.
  • Strong commercial judgment linking transformation activity to growth, cost, customer experience, risk and operational performance.
  • Technology fluency sufficient to work with product, engineering, data and technology leaders.
  • Private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development or high-growth technology experience preferred.
  • Experience in a business domain such as insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics or supply chain.
  • Excellent structured thinking, facilitation, written communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative, action-oriented leadership style.
