Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that support business objectives and increase brand equity.
  • Define and measure local marketing strategy, including messaging, channel mix, revenue, and spend alignment.
  • Serve as the primary support contact for franchisees on budgeting, planning, and evaluation of marketing efforts.
  • Build trust with franchisees through ongoing communication about initiatives, benchmarks, and changes in the marketing landscape.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and feel across all channels in alignment with company values and messaging.
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, operations, and digital teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
  • Manage market research and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors.
  • Lead brand-level creative efforts with key stakeholders and the creative team, and communicate results.
  • Analyze campaign performance and brand health metrics with the digital marketing team and provide reporting and optimization insights.
  • Lead new franchisee marketing training, hold weekly office hours, prepare Monthly Marketing Business Reviews, participate in L10 and FAC meetings, review social media content, and monitor franchisee marketing compliance and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing.
  • Franchising or agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven success managing brand campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
