Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT Systems Engineers across multiple sites and countries.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, drive performance, and build team capabilities.
  • Own hiring and onboarding for new team members.
  • Oversee Microsoft Entra identity management, including user and group administration, access control, and governance.
  • Own the strategic direction of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure infrastructure, with responsibility for security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive the end-to-end device and endpoint management strategy, including Windows and macOS deployment via Intune.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management in collaboration with Procurement.
  • Define and drive the IT Operations roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Engage stakeholders across departments on infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Make architectural decisions, lead cross-team projects, and represent IT Operations in organizational planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a team lead or people management role within IT Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft Entra, and Intune.
  • Proven track record of driving technical projects end-to-end across cross-functional teams.
  • Solid scripting and automation skills, with PowerShell preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with a high degree of autonomy.
