Description

  • Own the end-to-end ERP product portfolio on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Define and communicate a unified product vision and strategy across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.
  • Translate business needs into a prioritized roadmap and measure impact through business and product metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop 1-2 Product Managers and Functional Managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance and Supply Chain Commercial stakeholders.
  • Align priorities with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and subject-matter experts to deliver value-driven improvements.
  • Work with system integrators and the broader Microsoft ecosystem to maximize platform capabilities.
  • Define the long-term Dynamics 365 roadmap, including decisions on customization, integrations, upgrades, and data architecture.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and data-driven practices.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on product management experience with ERP platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and grow Product Managers.
  • Track record of building high-performing product teams.
  • Ability to define product vision across complex, cross-functional domains.
  • Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work and measure impact.
  • Proven experience aligning senior business stakeholders around priorities and trade-offs.
  • Ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineering teams.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, including translating between business and technology audiences.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and C-level audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations or migrations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within the Microsoft stack is preferred.
  • International product management experience across multiple markets is preferred.
  • Candidates must be based in Portugal or Germany for this remote role.
