Description

  • Own the end-to-end ERP product portfolio on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Define and communicate a unified product vision and strategy across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.
  • Translate business needs into an actionable roadmap and measure impact through business and product metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop 1-2 Product Managers and Functional Managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance and Supply Chain Commercial stakeholders.
  • Align priorities across business functions and translate requirements into technology solutions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, subject-matter experts, and system integrators to deliver value-driven outcomes.
  • Define the long-term Dynamics 365 roadmap, including platform capabilities, upgrades, integrations, and data architecture decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and data-driven practices.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on product management experience with ERP platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally F&O or Business Central.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and grow product managers.
  • Track record of building high-performing product teams.
  • Ability to define product vision across complex, cross-functional domains.
  • Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work and measure impact.
  • Proven experience aligning senior business stakeholders around priorities and trade-offs.
  • Ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineering teams.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to translate between business and technology.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and C-level audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations or migrations (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within the Microsoft stack (nice to have).
  • International product management experience across multiple markets (nice to have).
