Description

  • Define and own the Content team’s strategy, vision, and roadmap across ETG products to deliver business impact and user value.
  • Own the end-to-end content processing pipeline from supplier data through matching, enrichment, rates processing, and user experience.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, resolving conflicts and coordinating priorities.
  • Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction to drive revenue growth.
  • Use quantitative analysis and user research to identify root causes and high-impact product problems.
  • Size, prioritize, and focus on high-leverage product bets with clear business impact.
  • Partner with Development and ML/DS leadership to prioritize the roadmap and manage the backlog.
  • Define scope and acceptance criteria, align delivery across product, engineering, ML, and analytics, and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Manage the Product Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring execution quality and alignment with business goals.
  • Set goals and success metrics, track performance, and support team development, feedback, and career growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products.
  • Experience with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products.
  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL, A/B testing, and metric design.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data in large-scale systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience partnering closely with development, ML, and analytics teams (preferred).
  • Experience leading product and operations team members (preferred).
