Description

  • Lead organizational design and structure initiatives aligned with P&L drivers and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize team structures for operational efficiency.
  • Implement structural practices to support business and functional goal achievement.
  • Support and develop C-level managers in organizational and team management.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, including identification of critical roles and succession planning.
  • Forecast staffing requirements in line with business expansion and goals.
  • Oversee the HR budgeting process and align it with broader organizational objectives.
  • Monitor, control, and report on HR budget execution and financial performance.
  • Establish, track, and evaluate key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Develop and administer employee retention programs and address factors affecting engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage compensation planning, execution, and administration, including salary ranges and bonus schemes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the IT sector.
  • Experience managing teams is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated understanding of IT professional competencies and skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial control, and HR analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Fluent Russian and English language skills.
