Description

  • Support partner API integrations during onboarding and launch.
  • Consult partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality.
  • Handle incoming requests through the ticketing system.
  • Validate the quality of partner integrations.
  • Log information about integrating partners.
  • Conduct partner calls via Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Work with API logs to troubleshoot errors.
  • Escalate requests to other teams when needed.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd–3rd line support) or experience with API integrations, launch, and support of API clients.
  • Strong time management, communication, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
  • Confident experience working with APIs and Postman.
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of API integration design principles.
  • Ability to read logs in JSON and XML formats.
  • Understanding of CRUD principles.
  • Ability to work with Google Docs.
  • Ability to handle cross-functional or adjacent project tasks.
  • English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with SQL, Grafana, and Kibana is preferred.
  • Experience working with project-based tasks is preferred.
