Description

  • Provide direct support to students by phone, email, and online chat.
  • Foster student-to-student communication and maintain a supportive learning community.
  • Serve as a liaison between students and instructors to ensure clear communication.
  • Support instructors and students in real time during live classes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve student concerns, including technical issues, to prevent disruptions.
  • Assist students with basic technical troubleshooting, such as joining Zoom sessions.
  • Help create an engaging and well-supported online learning environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Ability to engage confidently and intellectually with students.
  • Broad understanding of modern online business technologies and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot or similar CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
  • Ability to perform minor technical troubleshooting.
  • Presentable and confident on Zoom for hosting student meetings.
  • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Experience or comfort working in a remote setting with a 9 AM–5 PM PST schedule.
