Description

  • Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot issues across phone, chat, and email.
  • Guide customers toward effective solutions with empathy, energy, and clear communication.
  • Explain product issues transparently and set expectations for next steps.
  • Document bugs and collaborate with the development team on fixes and product improvements.
  • Maintain accurate tickets, account details, and communication logs.
  • Stay current on product features, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve service and the product experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for support quality and effectiveness.
  • Support teammates as needed in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in any industry, such as SaaS, hospitality, retail, or service environments.
  • High empathy and energy with a naturally outgoing, customer-centric personality.
  • Strong organization skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically curious and able to quickly learn and navigate new software and tools.
  • Familiarity with basic financial and accounting concepts and a general business mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mentality.
  • High drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Self-starter attitude with solid attention to detail.
  • Background in team sports, college athletics, or other high-performance team settings is a plus.
  • Ability to balance independent work with in-person collaboration days.
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote model based on proximity to office hubs.
