Description

  • Coordinate all stages of online course production from concept to delivery.
  • Conduct market research and define course objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage production timelines and budgets to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with instructional design, marketing, creative, and sales teams to align course content with educational goals.
  • Partner with instructors to help them prepare and rehearse course material.
  • Review course content, marketing copy, and sales materials for accuracy, clarity, and learner value.
  • Resolve production issues creatively and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Stay current on educational trends and technology to keep courses innovative and engaging.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfort speaking with high-level professionals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth.
  • Must be based in South Africa.
  • Availability to work 12-8 PM SAST.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across different cultures and time zones (preferred).
