Description

  • Handle refunds and transfer requests while working to retain students and maximize cash paid.
  • Engage with customers to resolve concerns, improve satisfaction, and build loyalty.
  • Manage chargeback cases across US, UK, and APAC markets, including documentation and resolution follow-up.
  • Track cases in the CRM and maintain the Refunds Report and Monthly KPI report.
  • Attend weekly production meetings with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to align on issues and strategies.
  • Manage the Welcome Back Credits process to re-engage former customers.
  • Oversee payment recovery activities, including failed payments and second deposit collections.
  • Respond to student billing inquiries with clear, accurate, and efficient support.
  • Lead monthly cross-functional meetings to identify patterns and propose process improvements.
  • Support additional operational tasks and improve internal workflows as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, refunds handling, or a related role.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with sales analytics tools.
  • Nice to have: experience with payment recovery and billing processes.
  • Nice to have: experience with chargeback management.
  • Nice to have: experience handling escalations.
  • Must be available to work full-time remotely on a 1 PM - 10 PM UK timezone schedule.
