Description

Conduct discreet in-store, online, or hybrid evaluations of luxury brands.
Complete post-visit questionnaires with objective feedback about each experience.
Select assignments that match your profile and interests.
Follow each brand’s project objectives and special requirements during evaluations.
Register on the CXG platform, complete your profile, and pass the general certification process.
Use the mobile application to search for, apply to, and manage missions.
Perform evaluations such as store visits, product purchases, returns, and appointment bookings.
Provide feedback that can inform brand decisions and customer experience improvements.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brand to preserve evaluation integrity.
Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience is required.
Ability to complete evaluations and questionnaires as a freelancer.
Willingness to follow certification and registration steps on the CXG platform.
