Description

  • Analyze and improve existing processes across departments such as Sales and Customer Support.
  • Reduce manual work by implementing automation tools and AI-based solutions.
  • Handle technical requests in internal chats and resolve issues with tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, and Stripe.
  • Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions that support business needs.
  • Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues independently and help minimize disruptions to team operations.
  • Support internal teams with their technology needs and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations.
  • Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization.
  • Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources.
  • High level of ownership and self-motivation.
  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and prioritizing your own tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize personal workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
