Description

  • Build and ship product features across React, .NET Core/Python, and supporting infrastructure from design through operation.
  • Own work end-to-end, including design, implementation, release, and ongoing operation of the systems you build.
  • Bring concrete tradeoffs and proposed solutions to design discussions to help the squad make informed decisions.
  • Close open questions by creating spikes, scripts, or prototypes rather than waiting for perfect answers.
  • Instrument production systems, respond to alerts, and resolve issues that surface after release.
  • Review code thoughtfully, ask clarifying questions, and contribute to a strong code quality bar.
  • Identify and address tech debt, missing tests, and alerting gaps without waiting to be asked.
  • Collaborate with teammates in code reviews, design discussions, and day-to-day squad operations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience shipping production software.
  • Fluency in at least one frontend JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience with a strongly typed language such as C#/.NET, Python, or Go.
  • Experience making tradeoffs explicit in design discussions.
  • Engineering habits that emphasize testing, observability, and careful review.
  • Experience operating production software, including debugging live issues.
  • Understanding of the path from commit to production deployment.
  • Comfort learning across the stack and leading through change.
  • Use of AI tools to move faster while still owning and reviewing everything you ship.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, internal tooling, repo templates, CI/CD workflows, or container-based development.
