Description

  • Build and ship full-stack product features using React, .NET Core or Python, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Own features end to end, from design and implementation through release, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Contribute concrete tradeoff analysis in design discussions, including performance, complexity, risk, and delivery speed.
  • Resolve technical unknowns through spikes, scripts, and prototypes.
  • Instrument services, respond to alerts, and address post-release issues.
  • Review code rigorously and incorporate feedback on your own pull requests.
  • Proactively improve technical debt, test coverage, and alerting gaps.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
  • Fluency in at least one frontend JavaScript framework, such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience with a strongly typed backend language, such as C#/.NET, Python, or Go.
  • Ability to learn and contribute across the full stack.
  • Experience evaluating and communicating technical tradeoffs in design discussions.
  • Strong engineering practices in testing, observability, and code review.
  • Experience debugging and operating production software, including implementing effective instrumentation.
  • Understanding of how code is deployed and runs in production, from commit through release.
  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly while owning and reviewing all delivered work.
