Description

  • Support the execution of 360 go-to-market calendars through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Brief creative agencies on campaigns and cultural moments throughout the year.
  • Partner with creative agencies on asset requests.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for retailer marketing teams.
  • Manage briefing assets for retailer marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the Brand Manager EMEA to deliver 360 retailer marketing campaigns.
  • Lead sampling activations end to end, including briefing, budgeting, and execution.
  • Work with demand planning to forecast samples based on marketing plans.
  • Partner with sampling agencies and act as their day-to-day contact.
  • Partner with project managers to communicate timelines and key updates for launch execution.
  • Track retailer marketing and sampling campaign success and budgets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting marketing campaigns and product launch strategies.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Beauty industry background is an advantage.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop compelling ideas rooted in brand storytelling.
  • Ability to leverage consumer insights and data to inform innovation and growth opportunities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional partners across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including strong PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to present with poise, confidence, and enthusiasm at an executive level.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to deliver multiple outputs concurrently under time constraints.
  • Genuine passion for beauty and awareness of new beauty launches and trends.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe.
  • Confidence filming and self-filming for social channels when required.
