Description

  • Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project or a similar system and distribute updates to the study team.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and file meeting records in the Trial Master File.
  • Perform CTMS activities such as maintaining milestone dates, contact lists, enrolment projections, and helpdesk tickets.
  • Prepare, assign, document, and oversee study-specific training records, escalating training gaps as needed.
  • Establish and manage study-level SharePoint or similar shared workspaces with appropriate access.
  • Create and maintain project-specific email boxes and user access to study systems.
  • Order study supplies and binders, prepare binder materials, and coordinate shipping to proper locations.
  • Maintain study trackers and send communications to sites, investigators, sponsors, and vendors as directed.
  • Support the distribution and tracking of safety reports and the translation of site-level documents as applicable.
  • Support study reports and updates and perform other duties assigned by project leadership.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
  • Strong customer service demeanor with flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and plan independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong self-motivation and commitment to professional conduct aligned with Precision principles.
