Description

  • Manage inbound customer interactions via phone, email, text message, and live chat, and place outbound calls when needed.
  • Provide product recommendations and accurately process customer orders with a customer-first approach.
  • Communicate clearly across all channels to ensure customers understand products, orders, and next steps.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and file and monitor claims with shipping providers.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems, including tracking customer behavior.
  • Handle billing inquiries and support accounts receivable processes.
  • Conduct follow-ups to support customer satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Perform data entry and basic data analysis as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in spoken English; full professional proficiency preferred.
  • Full professional proficiency in reading and writing English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathetic, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify.
  • Experience with dialer and SMS tools is a plus.

Benefits

  • Fully remote, full-time role.
  • Set schedule of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT with an unpaid break during the day.
  • Salary range of $6.50 – $8.00 per hour.
  • Direct client relationship and communication with the client.
  • Payments are handled directly by the client, with salary paid directly to you.
