Description

  • Conduct outreach to schools and community organizations to secure new partnerships and programs.
  • Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and leads with a focus on sales and conversion.
  • Book private lessons, birthday parties, and studio rentals efficiently.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to close sales and maximize bookings.
  • Maintain and grow outreach accounts to support ongoing business relationships.
  • Manage scheduling, client communication, and accurate system entry for all bookings.
  • Ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through booking.

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience with the ability to confidently close deals and handle objections.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls and client interactions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Professional and personable, with the ability to represent the brand at a high level.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Ability to work fully remote from Mexico or Argentina.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern.
  • Preferred: experience in client success, outreach, or relationship management.

Benefits

  • Salary of $1,800–$2,200 per month.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Direct client relationship and communication with the hiring client.
  • Payments handled directly by the client, with salary paid directly to you.
  • Vacation and holiday scheduling guided by client needs and policies.
