Description

  • Review and analyze project requirements, specifications, and product functionality to shape quality control artifacts.
  • Prepare and acquire test data for automation and testing activities.
  • Develop, execute, refactor, and optimize automation scripts.
  • Log and evaluate test results and document deviations from expected outcomes.
  • Use tools for automation script administration, monitoring, and management.
  • Set up and maintain the automation test environment.
  • Review test artifacts developed by other team members.
  • Contribute to defining and improving the automation process.
  • Investigate and implement new automation tools or approaches.
  • Create test documentation and communicate with the customer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software testing experience, including significant hands-on test automation experience.
  • Strong experience in API and end-to-end test automation using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks for API/backend testing.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining mock servers and stubs for external service integrations.
  • Ability to extend automation coverage from backend services to frontend applications.
  • Good understanding of test architecture, mocking strategies, and test data management.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with ownership of test infrastructure and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
