Description

  • Develop and enhance new functionality for the platform.
  • Design and implement scalable backend services.
  • Participate in architecture and technical discussions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across the project.
  • Drive technical decisions and implementation strategy as a team lead.
  • Mentor and support team members.
  • Ensure engineering best practices and code quality standards.
  • Participate in planning, estimation, and coordination activities.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other development teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development.
  • Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET 8+, and modern development practices.
  • Experience with Entity Framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Service Bus.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of unit testing and xUnit.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers (team lead role).
  • Experience making technical decisions and driving implementation approaches (team lead role).
  • Ability to coordinate development activities and support the team (team lead role).
  • Experience taking ownership of technical solutions and delivery (team lead role).
  • Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains (nice to have).
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf (nice to have).
