Description

  • Execute a global travel strategy aligned with company objectives, financial goals, and employee experience expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for airlines, hotel groups, and car rental account managers.
  • Monitor travel patterns, spend data, and booking leakage to identify savings and program improvements.
  • Negotiate and secure Corporate Negotiated Rates (CNRs) with key airline and hotel partners.
  • Run the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process from data collection through contract execution.
  • Review, summarize, analyze, and present procurement spend data and report findings on a regular schedule.
  • Provide monthly reporting to leadership on negotiated contract performance and overall program health.
  • Support sourcing strategy and procurement optimization by delivering analytics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, P2P, and other cross-functional teams to gather monthly and quarterly data.
  • Maintain procurement tools and system configurations as a system administrator, and lead implementation of new tools or features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or an equivalent field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel management, procurement, or a related travel industry role.
  • Strong ability to collect, interpret, and communicate data-driven opportunities and risks.
  • Strong data analytics and report-building skills using MS Excel and Google G-Suite.
  • Advanced experience with procurement tools such as Workday Strategic Sourcing (ScoutRFP), ServiceNow, Monday.com, Netsuite, and Confluence Wiki is an asset.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies in procurement data analytics.
  • Project management experience, including change management.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with business partners and suppliers.
  • Willingness to work EMEA hours (1pm to 10pm IST) with flexibility to support global time zones when needed.
