Description

  • Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and storage areas within the warehouse.
  • Read schedules, orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Sort, place, and arrange materials or items on racks, shelves, bins, pallets, and other designated areas.
  • Move materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other warehouse locations.
  • Use RF guns and warehouse management systems (WMS) to pick products, process orders, restock inventory, and support outbound and inbound operations.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, and material requests accurately and on time.
  • Assemble customer orders and route them to packing stations or shipping departments.
  • Inspect products for defects before packing and shipping.
  • Record, maintain, and update inventory and materials records in the computer.
  • Clean the warehouse area and perform routine housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 months of related experience.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work with American currency and weight, volume, and distance measurements.
  • Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Ability to work in standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • General computer knowledge.
