Description

  • Define Elastic’s ABM vision, playbooks, and maturity roadmap across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions.
  • Establish ABM governance, including account selection criteria, tier methodology, ICP scoring, and cross-functional working norms.
  • Build and maintain the ABM knowledge hub so plays, findings, and procedures are documented and accessible.
  • Own the ABM tech stack, including adoption, configuration, and return on investment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ABM managers while owning growth, performance, and execution quality.
  • Act as Elastic’s internal ABM evangelist by educating field marketing, sales, SDRs, and customer success on ABM adoption.
  • Represent ABM in leadership forums, support integrated planning, and deliver executive readouts on performance and roadmap.
  • Lead the ABM team against account engagement, pipeline influence or originations, buying group expansion, deal velocity, and revenue contribution.
  • Define the ABM measurement framework and communicate ABM impact to the business.
  • Partner with marketing operations to build executive-ready dashboards and optimize performance using data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced enterprise software environment.
  • A consistent track record of building ABM frameworks, playbooks, or centers of excellence that elevated practice across an organization.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience guiding and holding accountable a distributed team.
  • Deep expertise with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, and Userled, plus the broader martech stack.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate ABM strategy into business outcomes for CMOs, CROs, and sales leaders.
  • Experience marketing sophisticated enterprise technology such as cloud, security, AI/ML, observability, or search to technical and business buyers.
  • ABM certification, such as ITSMA or an equivalent credential, is a bonus.
  • Experience in enterprise software marketing is required; experience in related technical categories is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary with no variable compensation component.
  • Typical starting salary range of $106,900 to $169,100 USD.
  • Typical starting salary range of $128,200 to $202,700 USD in select locations, including Seattle, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and New York City Metro.
  • Eligibility to participate in Elastic’s stock program.
  • Company-matched 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings.
