Description

  • Own the design and delivery of cross-functional programs spanning Field Engineering and Support, including annual planning, execution model development, and operational rhythm standardization.
  • Serve as the primary owner of canonical operating models for QBRs, planning cycles, feature adoption plays, and execution norms across geographies.
  • Coordinate fiscal year planning activities, including headcount and allocation, quota setting, territory carve, and rollout.
  • Define standard rhythms, templates, and frameworks for internal customers, and support Senior Analysts in localizing them for specific orgs and geographies.
  • Build feedback loops so geo-specific nuance informs and improves standard operating practices.
  • Partner with Field Engineering and Support leadership to identify operating gaps and design durable solutions.
  • Identify cross-functional processes that can be automated and work with Senior Analysts and systems teams to reduce execution burden.
  • Redirect capacity created through automation toward higher-priority initiatives and help decide where the team should focus.
  • Establish repeatable communication, documentation, and training protocols to support adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, IT, Finance, and Business Systems to identify dependencies and build integrated solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy & Operations in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience running cross-functional programs across multiple organizations.
  • Direct exposure to Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Customer Engineering, Technical Sales, or Support organizations.
  • Strong systems-level thinking with the ability to understand downstream impacts across operating models.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and data-driven, with comfort using SQL, G-Sheets, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to build analysis that supports program execution.
  • Excellent communication skills across senior leaders, analysts, and individual contributors.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and structuring abstract problems into concrete outcomes.
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred/valued familiarity with annual planning, quota setting, territory carve, QBRs, and operational standardization.
