Description

  • Build and improve frameworks, reusable components, and operational guidelines for the full software development lifecycle.
  • Improve the reliability and efficiency of continuous integration infrastructure.
  • Build and manage systems that produce releasable software artifacts.
  • Enable ephemeral developer environments and develop deployment and release tooling.
  • Define and enforce release quality gates.
  • Review code to uphold engineering standards, improve performance, and identify defects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on requirements, testing strategy, and delivery goals.
  • Maintain technical documentation and drive clear communication across teams.
  • Mentor engineers and promote code quality and engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including build, packaging, testing, release, and quality strategy.
  • Deep experience with one or more of Python, Go, Bash, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems, Git, and modern development and release practices.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and developer platforms, including Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, configuration management tools, and major cloud providers.
  • Experience designing scalable systems and improving developer productivity through tooling and automation.
  • Hands-on AI fluency, including integrating LLM APIs into production workflows and applying prompt engineering to domain-specific problems.
  • Track record of improving code review quality, engineering standards, and team efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
  • Ability to work across projects and changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
