Description

  • Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure correctness.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR on payroll-related data updates.
  • Assist with payroll audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Work with the Payroll Manager to produce data-driven insights for payroll strategy.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current payroll systems and recommend improvements.
  • Support benefits, stock management, and sales commission processing across EMEA.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience in EMEA countries.
  • Knowledge of payroll software and data analytics tools, including TMF platform experience.
  • Experience with HR information systems, especially Workday.
  • Knowledge of EMEA payroll compliance regulations.
  • Knowledge of payroll auditing processes.
  • Knowledge of payroll tax regulations across EMEA countries.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve payroll systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated history of high accuracy in payroll processing and data reconciliation.
