Description

  • Lead and grow a team of Customer Architects in the EMEA Central region.
  • Own the enterprise customer portfolio, including renewal rates, customer consumption, and expansion targets.
  • Lead the full post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing initiatives, and renewals.
  • Partner with the direct sales organization on account planning, growth, and renewal strategy.
  • Act as an escalation point for renewal strategy, critical account issues, and account planning.
  • Forecast renewals and upsells accurately.
  • Provide leadership and vision to the Global Leadership Team and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Work with Field and Services Teams to ensure customers are meeting expectations and realizing value from Elastic solutions.
  • Align Elastic solutions with customer business objectives to increase adoption and expansion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Pre-Sales role at a fast-paced technology company.
  • 5+ years of experience in a post-sales Customer Success leadership role managing individual contributors.
  • Proven experience leading and growing Customer Success teams.
  • Track record of building strong relationships with sales and other cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience building processes and procedures for an evolving team.
  • Ability to manage and lead internal strategic initiatives.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with willingness to work hands-on when needed.
  • Passion for problem-solving across a wide variety of technical scenarios and customer verticals.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and project management.
  • Deep understanding of Big Data and modern data systems at scale.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • High integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and neutrality in sensitive situations.
  • Preferred experience with Big Data, Cloud, NoSQL, Search, and Logging products.
  • Background with cloud-based software solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search domains is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Elastic solutions is not required, but willingness to learn and adopt them is important.
