Description

  • Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end features spanning user interfaces, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
  • Develop frontend experiences, backend services, and APIs using sound software design principles.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle while reviewing generated code for quality, security, and performance.
  • Design and implement REST API, event-driven, and enterprise integrations.
  • Develop Salesforce solutions with Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce security controls.
  • Build agentic and AI-powered automations with appropriate governance and human oversight.
  • Own features through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and improvements to engineering practices.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern frontend frameworks, object-oriented programming, REST APIs, databases, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce and MuleSoft experience, including Salesforce development, is preferred.
  • Experience applying AI to automation, decision support, and business workflows is preferred.
  • Ability to independently handle ambiguous problems, learn new platforms, and own solutions through delivery is preferred.
