Description

  • Provide pre-award feasibility analysis for RFPs, including competitive, recruitment, standards of care, drug, epidemiology, site, and country assessments.
  • Review clinical protocols, study assumptions, client information, and study plans for US and global trials.
  • Present feasibility findings, recommendations, and rationale to business development teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues, consultants, partners, and external sources to gather and share feasibility information.
  • Conduct feasibility site outreach for pre-award opportunities.
  • Support post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility deliverables in line with study and client requirements.
  • Engage with patient advocacy groups and site networks to support study feasibility and recruitment where appropriate.
  • Analyze collected site data to support site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategy.
  • Participate in business development and client calls.
  • Contribute to projects that help maintain the company’s innovation and competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Equivalent relevant qualifications and experience may be accepted in place of the stated degree and experience.
  • Relevant experience in feasibility analysis and site identification.
  • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Strong rationale, analytical thinking, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong IT platform and data analysis skills, including advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web/data-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a matrix-based, dynamic team.
  • Fully remote work eligibility in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
