Description

  • Identify, vet, and recruit influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with the brand’s values and audience.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure partnerships with top-tier creators and talent representatives.
  • Negotiate rates, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, and performance-based retainers directly with creators and agencies.
  • Coordinate creator campaigns end-to-end, including briefs, scheduling, link creation, contracts, product seeding, timelines, and payment terms.
  • Manage influencer post execution by handling product shipments, tracking links, post dates, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
  • Analyze creator performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, then provide feedback and optimize the roster.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and management companies.
  • Partner with growth, creative, and media teams to amplify top-performing creator content in paid campaigns and whitelisting.
  • Stay current on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong focus on direct-response or performance-based programs.
  • Experience managing 50+ creators at a time, including contracts, creative briefings, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and reporting on KPIs.
  • Experience scaling influencer programs for consumer brands, wellness brands, or lifestyle brands.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience working effectively with agencies and management companies is preferred.
  • Background in affiliate or commission-based influencer programs is preferred.
