Description

  • Design and launch a global ambassador program from scratch.
  • Define program structure, incentives, tiers, and performance models.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors across multiple regions.
  • Build scalable systems for tracking performance, rewards, and engagement.
  • Develop incentive mechanisms tied to growth metrics such as referrals, conversions, and activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, community, and partnerships teams.
  • Work with KOLs, influencers, and local community leaders.
  • Launch campaigns, activations, and initiatives through ambassadors.
  • Analyze program performance and optimize the program based on data.
  • Build processes, guidelines, and best practices for long-term scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, community, partnerships, or ambassador programs.
  • Proven experience building or scaling ambassador, referral, or affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of community-driven growth and user acquisition.
  • Experience working with international audiences and distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
  • Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or fast-growing tech companies is preferred.
  • Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or affiliate networks is preferred.
  • Experience launching growth programs in multiple regions is preferred.
  • Experience building reward systems and incentive mechanics is preferred.
