Description

  • Process, route, and manage daily DTC and TikTok Shop orders across multiple 3PL locations using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Handle fulfillment exceptions by making daily call-outs for late orders, address corrections, and other order issues, and coordinate same-day resolution with 3PL partners.
  • Create, maintain, and validate SKUs, barcodes, and product data across brands and sales channels.
  • Publish daily and weekly fulfillment reports covering order volume, exceptions, and shipping performance.
  • Cross-train on inbound logistics tasks, including domestic freight coordination, FBA/FBT shipment monitoring, and 3PL transfer coordination.
  • Resolve fulfillment-related customer service inquiries such as tracking, delivery issues, and replacements within SLA targets.
  • Work directly with the Fulfillment & Distribution Lead and coordinate continuity with the Logistics Coordinator.
  • Operate daily in fulfillment systems to keep order processing and shipping workflows running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, order management, or logistics coordination.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Shopify, including order processing and product management.
  • Working experience with ShipStation, including order management, label generation, and exception handling.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including FBA shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, and FBM order management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, and data manipulation.
  • Strong written English for communication with 3PLs, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Comfort working across multiple systems such as ClickUp, NetSuite, or similar ERP/project management tools.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, or team management is not the target background for this role.
  • Remote work availability from the Philippines or Latin America.
  • Full-time availability as an international contractor.
