Description

  • Design and iterate on product packaging, labels, and inserts for retail, Amazon, and DTC, working within print production requirements (dielines, bleeds, color separations, substrate considerations).
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity systems and guidelines across the company portfolio to ensure visual consistency from shelf to screen.
  • Create high-performing digital and social assets for paid and organic channels, including static and animated (GIF/MP4) ad creatives.
  • Conceptualize and design email campaigns, landing pages, banners, and website assets focused on conversion.
  • Produce retail-ready materials such as sell sheets, trade decks, and retailer-facing presentations that meet buyer standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and growth teams from concept through production, engaging early in the process.
  • Act as a core creative voice and owner for how brands show up across all consumer touchpoints, bringing ideas and strategic direction—not just executions.
  • Manage multiple design projects in a fast-moving environment with minimal hand-holding and ensure timely delivery to vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience with meaningful work in packaging design and/or brand identity for consumer products (CPG, beauty, food & beverage, supplements, or similar).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong packaging or branding work and structural thinking (dielines, shelf presence, brand systems).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; InDesign is a plus).
  • Experience using Figma for digital design workflows.
  • Understanding of print production including file prep, color management, and vendor communication.
  • Strong typography, layout, and color sense.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bonus / preferred: experience with After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Keyshot for 3D renders and motion.
  • Must be based in Latin America and able to work the required hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST).
