Description

  • Own projects from brief through final delivery.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during creative briefings.
  • Create high-quality design work for digital campaigns and communications.
  • Source images and produce digital artwork.
  • Develop visual content for owned channels, including onsite, app, and email.
  • Ensure work supports client business goals and DEPT®’s design standards.
  • Stay current with design and marketing trends.
  • Learn from feedback and support more junior team members.
  • Deliver polished work on time and within scheduled deadlines.
  • Create small animations for digital assets.

Requirements

  • Digital design experience using industry-standard tools such as Figma.
  • Strong eye for layout and photography, with skills in typesetting and retouching.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues.
  • Experience creating for multiple marketing channels, including email, landing pages, paid/organic social, OOH, and events.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines for global brands.
  • Interest in learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
  • Weavy, Google AI Studio, and ChatGPT image/video generation skills are a plus.
  • Motion and 3D experience is a plus.
