Description

  • Build and lead a new Change Enablement consulting practice from the ground up.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Change Management consultants.
  • Own people management, professional development, and team performance for the practice.
  • Develop the practice’s delivery playbook, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Allocate team members to high-impact projects and manage project assignments.
  • Design and facilitate executive-level change management and strategy workshops.
  • Translate complex and ambiguous transformation challenges into actionable business outcomes.
  • Lead the activation and scaling of the practice as a premier advisory offering.
  • Develop targeted training, communication strategies, and strategic advisory services for client organizations.
  • Align practice messaging to support workforce evolution and adoption of Generative AI and agentic work.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Management Consulting or leading a professional services practice.
  • Deep focus on organizational change and transformation.
  • Proven success as a people manager recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience leading executive-level design-thinking or strategy workshops, both in-person and using Miro or Mural.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value and strategic imperatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with C-level executives.
  • Experience commanding executive rooms and facilitating dynamic strategic sessions.
  • Preferred experience shaping change management services around Generative AI or similar enterprise transformation initiatives.
