Description

  • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with up to 30 franchisees as their primary business coach and consultant.
  • Conduct business and sales assessments to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute customized action plans focused on revenue growth, sales performance, and operational improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and accountability to help franchisees meet goals and key initiatives.
  • Drive same-store sales growth by coaching franchisees and their teams on sales strategy and execution.
  • Own and optimize the sales funnel from lead intake through close.
  • Analyze sales metrics such as lead conversion rates, average ticket size, close rates, and pipeline health.
  • Lead regular pipeline and KPI review calls to improve forecasting accuracy and growth planning.
  • Coach the full sales lifecycle, including inquiry handling, consultations, objection handling, closing, referrals, and reviews.
  • Support franchisees in building, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Train owners to coach and manage their own sales teams effectively.
  • Evaluate operations and financial performance through field visits, P&Ls, sales reports, and benchmarking.
  • Partner with franchisees to improve margins through pricing, sales mix, and cost control.
  • Deliver training workshops, webinars, and field coaching on sales tools, methods, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, scripts, training resources, and broader brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in franchise support, business consulting, sales leadership, or small business ownership.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
  • Experience coaching or developing salespeople and business owners in a multi-location or franchise environment.
  • Experience in high-ticket or project-based sales, preferably in home services, construction, or remodeling.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and hold franchisees accountable.
  • Strong business acumen across operations, finance, and sales.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 30% for field coaching and franchise support.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
