Description

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business requirements, technical constraints, and priorities.
  • Design tailored Google Cloud solutions focused on data, AI, and agentic capabilities.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned to client use cases and industry challenges.
  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to create proposals, solution architectures, scope of work documents, level-of-effort estimates, implementation timelines, and Statements of Work.
  • Provide technical guidance on Google Cloud capabilities, integration approaches, deployment best practices, and security and compliance considerations.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Support RFP and RFI responses and develop technical content that helps influence purchasing decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory factors in priority sectors.
  • Collaborate on pre-sales to post-sales transitions, including project scoping, risk assessment, and delivery mobilization.
  • Represent Egen in client workshops, webinars, and industry forums as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, solutions consulting, or technical sales support roles.
  • Experience in cloud services, data/AI consulting, or systems integration is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise architecting solutions on Google Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Cloud data and AI services, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Gemini, Looker, Dataflow, and agentic or AI agent technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop complex proposals, level-of-effort estimates, architecture diagrams, and Statements of Work.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business-oriented narratives for executive and technical audiences.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and organized across multiple deals.
  • Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer are strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in priority industries such as Communications/Media/Technology, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Public Sector, Retail/Consumer Goods, Financial Services, or Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Candidates must be based in the Eastern or Pacific time zones.
