Description

  • Research and recommend tools, best practices, and processes to improve recruiting operations.
  • Use AI-powered sourcing, screening, and evaluation tools to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity, track recruiting metrics, and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
  • Design, implement, and refine interview scorecards aligned with role requirements and company values.
  • Build documentation, playbooks, and a recruiting knowledge base for team members and hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding efforts across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job boards, and referral programs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM, Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, and G&A.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, competencies, interview processes, and compensation expectations.
  • Conduct initial video screens and guide candidates through a smooth, engaging interview process.
  • Lead the offer process, including compensation alignment and closing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting technical roles such as Software Engineers or QA.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and interview best practices.
  • Experience working with and optimizing an ATS.
  • Experience using AI tools and technology to improve recruiting efficiency and scalability.
  • Familiarity with structured interview frameworks and scorecards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • High ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
  • Located within driving distance of Milwaukee and able to meet on-site about once per quarter.
