Description

  • Own the customer implementation process from sales close through full platform adoption.
  • Personalize implementation plans aligned to customer business outcomes, scope, and schedule.
  • Lead project management, system configuration, and user training for enterprise customers.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems promptly, and escalate high-risk items that may affect retention.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
  • Provide product and service guidance to customers by phone, email, Zoom, and on-site visits.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and implementation progress in the CRM.
  • Use CRM and project management tools to track milestones, communicate internally, and deliver implementation tasks on time.
  • Analyze customer data and generate reports with actionable insights to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, customer success, and support to advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • 2+ years working with enterprise-level clients.
  • 3+ years implementing SaaS software.
  • 1+ years with enterprise-level clients.
  • Software or web-based implementation experience.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with project management software.
  • Experience communicating with C-level executives and front-line staff.
  • Experience with ECP or another assisted living software provider is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel as needed, expected average around 50% based on customer demand.
